On June 2nd, while England was playing were playing Sweden in the Group F stage (1 all draw), we visited Waddesdon Manor. The gardens were very empty. The gardens at the front of the house had been laid out to celebrate the Queens Golden Jubilee. On the North lawns on either side of the driveway were two floral crowns, 4 meters high, these were inscribed with Long Live the Queen. In front of the aviary was a floral bird.
